HARDWARE

A skilled local technician conducts the hardware setup of your equipment. This comprehensive process encompasses the assembly of finishers, high-capacity feeders, and printing controllers. Throughout installation, the technician meticulously aligns and verifies the equipment in its designated space, ensuring proper assembly and functionality. This entails verifying color accuracy, registration, and the absence of any jams, ensuring optimal performance aligned with the manufacturer’s specifications.

SOFTWARE

Our installation service encompasses the setup of all necessary software to operate the copier seamlessly. This includes the installation of drivers and printing software on up to three workstations, with the option to add more workstations for a nominal fee. Kindly inform us in advance of your operating environment, whether it be Windows or Mac, to ensure a smooth setup process.

NETWORKING

The Networking installation will be completed by a trained IT Technician. Your new will be connected to your already existing network. Depending on the complexity of your local network, it is recommended that your local IT Manager is available during the installation.
