WARRANTY

All copiers, printers, and engineering copiers sold by GetTheFax.net in the United States and Canada are governed by the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty document, unless stated otherwise in the invoice, commencing from the date the purchased copier is received by the buyer.

We provide an unconditional 30-day comprehensive warranty along with a 2-year extended warranty covering major malfunctions.

For the initial 30 days following delivery, GetTheFax.net ensures full warranty coverage on all purchased copiers. This period begins upon the buyer’s receipt of the copier, allowing sufficient time for professional installation by a trained technician. Vibrations during shipping may necessitate adjustments upon arrival at the destination. Hence, we assume complete responsibility for the purchased copier during this timeframe, covering all costs associated with missing or damaged parts, consumables, and labor. Consumables are guaranteed to yield at least 50% of their full capacity. Additionally, non-consumable parts are protected for an extra 2 years beyond the initial 30-day warranty period. This coverage encompasses all major non-wearable/non-consumable components, including but not limited to power supplies, circuit boards, motors, scanning units, display panels, and glass.

CONDITIONS

• The device must be connected to a surge filter or power protection device that is appropriately sized to meet the power and filtering specifications outlined in its service manual.

• Damages incurred while moving the device by the buyer are not covered under warranty. We strongly advise having a certified device technician handle the relocation process.

• Warranty coverage does not extend to service issues resulting from customer misuse or abuse.

• Replaced parts will be shipped via standard courier. Customers have the option to pay the price difference for expedited shipping via next-day or second-day air.
